THE K.C.A.

KCA stands for Kraine Central Authority. The KCA has a series of rules that they would like you to follow. If you violate a rule, the KCA will remind you that what you're doing is against the rules. They won't register your actions until you change them into a law-abiding act. If you defy them further, then the all-powerful KCA will politely wipe your country from the face of the planet. And even mighty Concordia couldn't survive a struggle with the KCA. 

The KCA is also kind of a planetary help desk. If you are having trouble with the site, if you need someone to look after your country while you're gone, or if you have any complaints, the KCA will be here to address these issues. 

The KCA is neutral in all wars, unless one country breaks the rules and stirs a lot of trouble. In that case, the rule-breaker is immediately destroyed.
Here are the rules: 

1. War cannot be declared without a valid reason (it does not have to be a just reason, only a believable one; I mean, just look at Hitler. He wasn't very just. But he believed in his reason).

2. Weapons must make some sort of sense. Baloney will be unusable (NOTE: Magic and religious things count as baloney). If you are unsure, then check your new weapons with the KCA.

3. Please respect weapon patents. If you blatantly copy someone else's weapon, it will be confiscated. If you continue to cause problems, your country will be Backspaced. 

4. When a country is conquered, its current patents are transferred to the country that conquered it.

5. If you quit the game, the KCA will sustain your country for a month for you to change your mind. After that, they erase your country and empty it for free claim (like the blank, unclaimed countries). However, if the country is attacked, the KCA will only take the action that could and would be taken by the country under normal circumstances.

6. No 1 person may have more than 6 independent countries on Malconia, Bagourque, Dirkinslak, Morrissia, and Strilzania; even if these six are in existence, you can still make 2 countries on the continent of Hatoria. Hatorian countries must be evil.

7. NO BLOWING UP THE WORLD.

8. Your country must be on 1 plain of existance.

9. Unauthorized copying of this system, and we will...   ! Please check with us before making a similar system. We can help you set up a system that benefits both of us.

10. Rapid weapon development is prohibited.

11. The copying of other country's weapons is banned. However, the use of other-worldly tech is only discouraged; The N.U.K.S. will probably hate you, as the other-worldly tech law is theirs.

12. World domination is prohibited.

13. If you are inactive for an extended period of time, or you lose a big war, then your power and economy will decline severely.

14. Doing something very impractical (e.i. building a Death Star, making a bridge between continents, or building a giant dome over your entire country) will severely hurt your economy.

15. Shield systems around your countries or troops that make you impossible to defeat are banned. It is wise to use interceptors.

16. Violating these rules will result in the disputable use of the Eraser or other form of punishment.
