The Continent of Morrissia
The Continent of Morrissia is the only continent with all of the spaces filled. Most of the continent is ruled by the Empire of Sweden. Only the Land of the Bumblebee remain under non-Swedese rule, but it is a protectorate of the E.S. So, there is no real-estate available here.
Unless, of course, you build enormous power and then conquer land from the Empire of Sweden. However, this country is in 1st place on the Rankings of Power, so you would need immense military power to oust them. So, this is not a spot to get your hopes up about.
